I’m 22 weeks pregnant now and finally starting to feel the baby move – although they are still just faint flutters that are few and far between. At first I wasn’t sure if it was really the baby, but it’s happened enough times now that I can tell when it’s actually occurring.
I feel great; in fact, I still don’t feel much different now than I did before I got pregnant. But over the last week or two I’ve experienced some bad heartburn. Antacids are always within reach - I’ve got Tums at home and in my purse.
I’m starting to show more, although it depends on what clothes I’m wearing. Yesterday was the first time that someone who didn’t already know I was pregnant asked me if I was expecting. And another co-worker told me that today was the first time he’s actually noticed the “baby bump.” I’ve gained a few pounds but it’s all in my belly area – I imagine now that the baby is going to start growing rapidly, I’ll start gaining weight right alongside him or her.
I’ll have to take some belly pictures and post them one of these days…

I hope you are taking some belly pictures even if they are just for Jason, you and the baby. Dave took a new picture every Sunday and it is so fun to look at them now and see the progression. It doesn't seem at the time that you are changing...but when you look at the pics you can really tell.
