We haven't had time to haul out the big box of Christmas decorations, but we did set up (and plug in!) the tree on Sunday night. Jason bought me this little fiberoptic tree in 2004, the first Christmas that we were dating long distance. I came home one day while I was living in my apartment on Union Street in Grand Rapids, and found a tiny little tree set up in my living room - with miniature ornaments and everything! Even though I would prefer a real tree, it wouldn't make sense to have one since we'll be traveling for nine days over the holidays.If you like Christmas carols, I suggest you check out Josh Groban's new Noel CD. His voice is amazing.

man that tree is small. you could stuff that tree up your fire place and use it as a chimney sweep.

My mom got that CD. She saw it on Oprah and called Target right away to hold it. She made my dad drive her there to get it. I might just have to burn a copy of it!
