Crazy-Busy

Right now I'm sitting in a comfy leather chair, wrapped in a fleece blanket, feeling mentally exhausted. On Sunday I fly to Washington, D.C. for a work conference that will require me to miss an entire week of work - which meant I logged a lot of hours at the office the past few days trying to make sure I don't leave anything hanging in my absence. In the midst of some 11-hour work days I had my first creative writing class Wednesday from 6:30 - 9:30 (which was great, by the way), and I crammed about two weeks worth of work into five days. But I got so much done that I feel like an effin' rock star.

That means next week I should have some interesting blog entries from our nation's capital!

Jason will also be on the east coast next week, as he travels to New York for work.
