Apparently the prizes given away by magazines to its readers are legit. I came home today and found a package sitting outside our front door; it contained an adorable beaded swimsuit cover-up that I'd registered to win through Self magazine!I normally don't sign up for prize giveaways, assuming the odds are as slim as winning the lottery. In this case, considering how cute the model looked wearing one on the cover of Self earlier this summer, I thought, "Why not?"
It was definitely a nice surprise!
