Today Olivia turned four weeks old, and she had her one-month check-up with her pediatrician this morning. She is still growing like a weed! She's in the 91st percentile for weight at 10 pounds, 13 ounces; the 99th percentile for height at 23 inches long; and her head circumference is 15 inches, which is in the 76th percentile.
Following her appointment I had a date with some of my favorite co-workers at our office. They blocked off some time on the conference room schedule to hang out with me and Liv. We ate pizza and caught up on the latest news while the women took turns holding Olivia. She was a total show-off, sleeping soundly and cooing in their arms.
Jason also surprised me with a combination Valentine's Day and "thank you for pushing out a 9-pound baby" gift this morning - a gift certificate for a massage and facial at a spa here in Carlsbad! I can't wait to cash it in!
