Super fast supper

We were at the grocery store last weekend when I saw an end-cap display with some packets of McCormick spices called "Recipe Inspirations." I thought they were kind of cool - the packet comes with an assortment of pre-measured spices specific to a recipe, which is available on the back of the packet:

I bought the recipe and spices for garlic lime chicken fajitas, which turned out well -and were easy to make! I just dumped the spices into a mix of orange and lime juices with some oil, and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Then I threw the chicken in a pan with some red pepper and onion, and we had fajitas in no time!

HEY, I just had the McCormick Grill Mates Southwest Marinade tonight. Took three chicken breasts, mixed in a bag, 30 minutes, and then put em on the barbie. After all 42 deg is a good day for a barbecue this time of year....DAD
