Single Dad Day 5 of 6- Last Chance for Supremacy

Being the last full day that Tania is gone, I had to put one last ditch effort to reign supreme as the parent of choice. With little time between picking Isabelle up from daycare and her nighttime ritual, I was worried that there wasn't going to be an opportunity to score points but I was wrong. Apparently, Isabelle still was feeling somewhat unsatisfied by the shortened game of ball on Sunday night so she wandered into the neighbors porch and swiped the bat & ball. Problem was that she didn't want to play with dad and there were no kids in sight so she carried them down to the playground to look for more participants.

Once she got her fill of the playground, she played on the neighbors patio for a while until the strange neighbor creeped her out and she wanted to go home. Once we got back to the driveway, she made it very clear that she wanted to partake in her new favorite activity, playing in the car.

Who was I not to let her play in the car? It doesn't hurt anyone and I was looking for those last bonus points. She played with everything she could get her hands on including the nail clippers I keep in the car. In the picture below, you can see her trying to clip her own toenails.
Well, Tania is coming home tomorrow. We'll see if my plan did the trick.
