We're leaving for our week-long vacation in Grand Haven, Michigan in just two days - which means that tomorrow, my last day of work, I'm going to be completely useless because my head will be in the clouds. I still have a lot to do between now and Friday at 12:30 p.m. when our flight departs San Diego - makes me wish I had taken tomorrow off, too, so I'd have more time to finish doing laundry, pack for me and Isabelle, and all that other fun stuff that traveling requires.
For those of you in West Michigan, we are having people over to the Grand Haven house we're renting on Sunday. We tried our best to invite everyone, but in some cases we have old e-mail addresses for people. If you're free on Sunday and in the area, stop by and say hi! (Contact me or Jason for the time and address).
Other plans for our vacation include my friend Janine's wedding reception on Saturday; a night out with my girlfriends on Monday; a much-needed haircut from my friend Smitty on Wednesday; and hopefully lots of time in the sun, on the beach!
