Jason, Isabelle and I will be spending a week in lower Michigan June 25 - July 2. We're traveling home to attend my friend Janine's wedding reception on Saturday the 26th, and decided to stay an extra five days!
Instead of trying to cram an 8-hour drive to the U.P. into that week, we've rented a beach house and asked my family to travel down and stay with us. We found a great 3-bedroom house in Grand Haven only a couple blocks from the boardwalk and Lake Michigan, with all of the amenities we were looking for - fully furnished, including beds and linens, as well as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, off-street parking, and private yard.
