Once again Jason is about to cram a lot of traveling into a short amount of time; in the next two weeks he'll be in Tampa, D.C., and probably New York. He leaves for Tampa tomorrow morning, which means today I need to take advantage of having a second parent in the house. I'm cramming all my errands into one day, including trips to the pharmacy, Target, the grocery store, Sports Authority for new workout clothes, and hopefully a pedicure! I also need to dye my hair at some point.
Luckily I got my own workout in soon after Jason left for the gym; it's beautiful outside so Isabelle and I went for a 30-minute walk around the neighborhood. And the stars must have aligned, because she fell asleep during our walk and has been napping for an hour now! Sleep has finally conquered Little Miss "I only like to sleep for 20 minutes at a time, twice a day."
Jason has volunteered to wash the guest bedding and clean the bathrooms for me, as my mom is coming into town on Wednesday night and our neglected house is becoming filthy. I desperately need to vacuum, dust, and mop the downstairs - we keep the windows open so much that it gets extremely dusty in here. I don't particularly enjoy sitting on the couch and watching dust bunnies dance across the floor every time a breeze blows...
