Tania and Jason are standing in the kitchen. They're discussing what she should scrounge up for dinner since he's taking her brother out on the town and leaving her to fend for herself.
Jason: "I bought turkey yesterday, if you want to make a sandwich."
Tania: "No, I just had a turkey sub."
Jason: "I know... opening freezer door... you can have some of my Van de Kamps fish sticks."
Tania: "Actually, I think I'll - - - - "
Silence. Tania's eyes grow wide and her mouth drops open as she points toward the freezer.
Tania: "Is that SAMOA COOKIE ICE CREAM?!?!"
Jason: "Yeah, I bought it yesterday."
Tania: "I looooove Samoas Girl Scout cookies! And now they're in an ice cream!? God does exist!"
Jason: "Wow, I haven't seen you this excited in a long time."
Scene 2
Tania is alone in the living room after putting Isabelle to bed. She's laying on the couch with a quart of Samoas ice cream in her lap. For the first time in years, she eats directly out of the container. She tunnels through the ice cream, digging out the biggest chunks of cookie. When she's done, she fills in the holes using ice cream from around the perimeter and smooths the top layer. The ice cream looks fairly undisturbed.
This is my confession to Jason that I ate a lot of the cookies and left the plain ice cream behind. Now we'll find out how often he reads my blog :-)

You are freaking hilarious! I total understand the tunneling technique. I can find the one remaining peanut butter cup in Moose Tracks ice cream.

Ok, I admit it, you take after your Mom.....sounds like something I would do.....let us know how soon he spots it on the blog......good writing.....could actually picture the whole scene and it is funny!!!! Little Isabelle will do the same thing one day!!!!
