Bargain shopping

It seems like we spent the whole day shopping yesterday. During the first half of the day we ran a lot of errands - CVS, Target, groceries - and then around 4:30 we headed to the mall, where we kept high-fiving each other because of the super crazy deals.

Jason wanted to get some new shirts for work, and he had several coupons from Express that would allow him to save $25 off every purchase of $50. In addition to the coupons, his shirts were already on sale and so he was able to buy four $60 shirts for only $73 total! What a bargain!

Next we headed to Victoria's Secret, because I had a coupon for $10 off any purchase plus a free pair of underwear. So I got to buy a fun new bra with free matching underwear! (Anne, for your benefit I did not use the word "panty").

We stopped into Bath & Body Works because we use their antibacterial hand soap and wanted to stock up - they were having a sale on their soaps and I had a coupon for $10 off any $30 purchase. We ended up getting six bottles of soap plus two more pairs of comfy socks for my hospital stay for only $23!

And last but not least, I had a special coupon from Godiva for two free truffles from their European collection. So I got their new caramel apple tarte and bananas foster truffles, which I'm planning to enjoy today.

After we were done shopping we had a quick dinner in the food court and then saw "Role Models" in the mall 18-screen theater. VERY funny movie, I highly recommend!

I SO want to see Role Models. I'm not sure if I can get anyone to go with me. But since Ross saw it, there's hope! He seems discriminating in terms of movies.
