I should stash a blanket in the trunk of my car and take my food onto the beach next time!

Lunch with a view
I was the only one in the office for most of the day, and was bored by noon. So I decided to pick up lunch from Subway and take it to Torrey Pines State Beach. There is a row of parking spots along the sand, facing the water - so I parked my car, rolled down my windows, and ate lunch while watching the surfers ride the waves. Then I read my book for about 20 minutes, and headed back to the office.

yeah box me up and send some of that sand. our beaches are still covered in snow...sighhh

looks like a nice spot to me......course I have a pretty good view myself though the water is very high......that should be a good thing
