Generic Corporate America

My department was moved to a new building this week, and as a result I was downgraded from my own office (with a door!) to a cubicle (no door!). As you can see, it's the typical sterile look found in any company in America. However, I do like the wood laminate desk area; usually my cubicle desks are light gray to blend with the light gray fabric walls.

I definitely need to dress it up with more pictures and personal items. Most of the fun stuff I had in my office isn't conducive to a cubicle since I no longer have real walls (my wall clock, glass shelves from IKEA, my floor lamps, etc.).

My boss is still trying to get me an office, but I'm fine with the cube since it's what I'm used to (and I have no sense of entitlement). However, if he leaves and I take his place, I will be excited to inherit his large corner office with huge windows and natural light!

It looks like you have a very nice chair! Is it an Aeron?

I think it's a Leap chair, although I'm not 100% sure because I inherited it used from the woman who used to have my job...

Nope, it's not a Leap - that I can say with confidence. :) It doesn't look like any of your cube is SC product, unfortunately. ~kim

Must not be a Leap then :-) I only thought so because two of my co-workers do have Leap chairs. Maybe mine is just a generic, but nice, chair.
