Chocolate for Valentine's Day

Although I've never felt the need to celebrate Valentine’s Day, each year Jason and I go out to eat or buy something small for each other (this year I got him a couple of CDs).

Our normal date night is on Thursdays, but we decided we didn’t want to share it with all the Valentine’s Day couples in an overcrowded restaurant, so we had dinner out last night instead.

On the way to the restaurant we stopped at the Verizon store, because Jason’s gift to me was a replacement cell phone. I’ve had my phone for almost four years and lost the hands-free ear piece about a year ago, but have put off getting another one because it never seemed important.

I’ve had my eye on the LG Chocolate since it was first released, and that’s the phone I decided on. It’s a thin, sleek-looking “slider” phone with a front scroll wheel, and it can hold 4GB of music on a removable memory card. I got it in the black cherry color, and bought a new Bluetooth as well.
