Happy Halloween!

This year's Halloween didn't turn out quite as we planned, because Olivia came down with a severe cold and ear infection and was too sick to be paraded around in her bumblebee costume. My first priority was nursing her back to health, so Isabelle went trick-or-treating with Jason and my mom (I did go to the first couple of houses so I didn't completely miss out on seeing her excitement!).

Jason's mom is also visiting, so she helped hand out candy while I took care of Olivia. Luckily a sick baby didn't spoil Isabelle's fun - she had a blast running around the neighborhood dressed as Sleeping Beauty!

It's nearly impossible to get Isabelle to pose for a picture.
She simply does not possess the ability to stand still,
especially when I'm standing in the way of her and trick-or-treating!



My mom made this custom trick-or-treating bag for Isabelle.
She actually made two, so each girl will be able to carry one in a couple of years...
