Girls Weekend 2012

I just returned from a long weekend in Traverse City, where seven girlfriends and I shared a house for three nights and spend two full days sampling wine, shopping, eating, and sampling more wine!

This was our fifth annual girls-only trip, which started in San Diego back in 2007 and has included visits to Chicago, Cleveland and Baltimore.

I feel pretty confident speaking on behalf of the group and saying it was much needed time away from work and family responsibilities!

We borrowed a house that slept 8 from a friend of a friend,
who required minimal payment in the form of some local beer.
