I've been experimenting with fresh fruit sorbets using my ice cream maker. The result? Tasty, refreshing, not-so-bad-for-you treats! Yesterday I made a pina colada sorbet with pineapple and light coconut milk, and last week I made cherry sorbet with cherries, fresh squeezed lemon juice and some sugar.
These pictures aren't the best - the cherry sorbet was starting to get melty while I was digging out the camera, and the pina colada looks like potatoes - but both are delicious! I'll probably try raspberry and mango next...
