On Sunday, my friends hosted a baby shower for me at Michele's beautiful new house in Jenison. The theme was "Great Expectations" and each guest was encouraged to bring their favorite children's book in order to start our baby's library - which is fitting, considering how much its mommy reads :-)
We got a ton of great gifts, including a bouncer, bassinet, crib mobile, audio monitor, and lots of clothes. Additionally, we got several handmade gifts from my mom - a large quilt, receiving blanket, burp cloths, a diaper bag, and a small stuffed frog.
How can you not say "Awwww" ?
